Hello from all of us here at El Jardin Bakery. First of all, we would
like to thank you for choosing our bread. Many new things are happening
at the Bakery, and we hope that this will be our best year yet.
We welcome Neftalí Durán, an exceptionally talented
young baker and experienced food entrepreneur who has taken over
the position of Head Baker.
Keep our delicious bread in mind for all your special
events. We ship Gift Bread Baskets over night and supply bread for
Catered Events. Your guests will love our bread at weddings,
baby showers, holiday, anniversary & birthday parties. We can
even provide you with recipes & menu ideas. Contact us directly

RECIPE: Gourmet Roasted Fresh Vegetable Sandwiches
Ingredients:
Fresh El Jardín Brick Oven Bread, any variety
A Variety of Fresh Vegetables: onions, portabella mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, etc.
Olive Oil, & Sea Salt
Thinly slice veggies, coat with oil and sea salt,
then roast vegetables on grill or under broiler until tender. Slice
bread to desired thickness. Place roasted veggies, fresh tomato slices,
and sliced bread on a plate and have your guests
dress their own sandwiches at their leisure.
